These terms are effective as of 15th August 2026.
Service descriptions, pricing, timelines, and milestones are defined per proposal and become part of the agreement once you accept it. Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
By creating or maintaining an account you authorize invoicing for delivered work and agreed services at the rates stated in your quotes or plans. Invoices are issued in EUR or USD, in the currency assigned to your account from your billing country. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.
Recurring services can be canceled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Support is delivered in writing through the platform ticket system unless your quote specifies otherwise. We respond within one business day.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing accurate billing and operational details. Access credentials you share for delivery are used only for the agreed work.
Content on this site (text, graphics, logos, software) is the property of SEO RAISER unless noted otherwise. Deliverables and their source code become yours on final payment, as stated in each proposal.
