SEO RAISER · Raul Peixoto, EI, 33 avenue Philippe Auguste, 75011 Paris, France (SIREN 928 982 909) is the controller for personal data processed on this site and platform.
Contact details you provide (name, email, optional company and VAT information), account metadata, billing and invoice history, support correspondence, and the operational data required to run the service: session cookies, IP addresses, and user agents.
To deliver contracted services, respond to inquiries, issue invoices and receipts, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations, including French accounting retention rules.
When you buy something, the invoice records the billing country you declared, the IP address and country the purchase was made from, and the issuing country of the card used. EU VAT rules place the burden on the supplier to evidence where a customer is established, so this is kept as part of the tax record for each transaction.
The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR art. 6(1)(c)), not consent or legitimate interest, so this particular data cannot be removed on request while the retention period below is running. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or scoring, and a country that does not match your billing address never blocks a purchase - travelling and using a VPN are entirely normal.
Data is shared only with processors strictly necessary to operate the service: Stripe for payment processing and our SMTP provider for transactional email. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Account data is kept while your account is active.
Billing records - invoices, receipts, credit notes, and the location evidence described above - are retained for the periods French law requires: six years for documents the tax authority may demand (Livre des procédures fiscales, art. L102 B) and ten years for accounting records and supporting vouchers (Code de commerce, art. L123-22). The longer period applies where a record is both. Once the applicable period has run, the record is deleted or anonymized.
IP addresses collected for operational reasons only - session security, abuse prevention - are not part of that record and are kept for much shorter periods.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Send any privacy request through the contact page. We respond within one business day.
