What we collect

When you create an account or contact us we collect the data you provide (email, name, optional company & VAT details). When you use the platform we collect operational data needed to deliver the service: session cookies, IP address, user-agent, billing history.

How we use it

To deliver the services you've subscribed to, send transactional notifications, issue invoices and receipts, comply with legal obligations (notably French accounting retention rules), and respond to your inquiries.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with strictly-necessary processors (Stripe for payments, our SMTP provider for transactional email).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to retention requirements imposed on us by French law. Contact us via the support page.

We set a single technical cookie required to maintain your session. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
