When you create an account or contact us, we collect the data you provide: email, name, and optional company and VAT details. When you use the platform, we collect the operational data needed to deliver the service: session cookies, IP address, user agent, and billing history.
How we use it
To deliver the services you subscribe to, send transactional notifications, issue invoices and receipts, comply with legal obligations (notably French accounting retention rules), and respond to your inquiries.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with strictly necessary processors: Stripe for payments and our SMTP provider for transactional email.
